A local football club is planning to show their support for a charity by wearing the charity's logo on their football shirts next season.

The charity that the football club has decided to support is Derian House Children's Hospice, who provide care for children with life threatening and terminal illnesses.

Chorley Football Club is planning to host a number of events as well as bucket collections to raise money for the children's charity.

The club is believed to be one of the only non-league football clubs to feature a charity logo on shirts.
